AFTER SALES

Want to return an order?

Standard dimension shutters: Returns are accepted on standard products (not made-to-measure) within 30 days of receipt, providing the item is in as new condition with all original parts and packaging. Please send us a a message here with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt. Made to measure shutters: Made to measure orders are final and we are unable to offer returns on them.

Issues with an order?

If you have any issues at all with your order once received, please send us full details here, and we will be in touch to resolve as quickly as possible.

Need help installing a product?

While we develop our installation documents, simply get in touch with us here and we will give you all the help you need to get up and running.

DELIVERY

How can I track my order?

We send out tracking information to your email once your order is dispatched, however please let us know if you didn’t receive and we will forward it on.

Which courier do you use?

We generally use DHL, Yodel, DPD, or Hermes. Your tracking email will confirm who will be delivering, and the relevant policies will apply for missed deliveries etc.

How long does delivery take?

Standard dimension shutters: 10 business days
Made to measure shutters: 30 business days

Delivery and lead times are approximate and do vary, we aim to meet the above guide times and will notify customers of any delays as soon as possible.

We accept card payments, BACS bank transfer, and PayPal.
