1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions apply to all goods supplied by Domestic Roller Systems via our website, email, or telephone.
2. Application of Terms
By placing an order with Domestic Roller Systems, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

- Our Warranty Terms (v1.2)
Together, these documents form the contract between you and Domestic Roller Systems.
3. Products & Specifications
All roller shutters supplied by Domestic Roller Systems are made to order based on customer-provided specifications, including dimensions, controls, and configurations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications, and site conditions are correct prior to ordering.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once:
- Full payment has been received, and
- The order has been accepted by Domestic Roller Systems.
For supply-and-fit orders, installation costs may be invoiced separately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
5. Made-to-Measure Products
Due to their bespoke nature, made-to-measure products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where faulty or not as ordered.

6. Lead Times
All quoted or displayed lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Our standard lead time is approximately 4 weeks from order confirmation, subject to manufacturing schedules, transport, customs, and other factors beyond our control.
Customers are strongly advised not to book installers or related trades until goods have been received and inspected.
7. Delivery & Inspection
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damage, shortages, or visible defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims reported outside this period may not be accepted.
8. Risk & Title
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address.
Title remains with Domestic Roller Systems until full payment has been received.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in respect of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
9. Installation & Supply-Only Orders
For supply-only orders, Domestic Roller Systems is responsible solely for the supply of the product.
Installation, wiring, commissioning, and site conditions are the responsibility of the customer or their appointed installer.

10. Warranty
All products are supplied with a 5-year parts warranty, subject to correct installation, usage, and operating conditions.
The warranty:
- Covers manufacturing defects only
- Does not include labour, access, or consequential costs
- Excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, wind, environmental exposure, or misuse

11. Cancellations
Orders for made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Any cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
12. Limitation of Liability
Domestic Roller Systems’ liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of earnings or business interruption
- Installer or third-party costs
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
